Rodger and his wife Melissa have a passion to proclaim the incredibly good news of Jesus Christ, release the supernatural Kingdom of God and ignite the Fire of Revival in the hearts of everyone they encounter. They have a strong background in church planting and have been leading Victory Center since it’s birth in September of 2012 as well as planting over 7 churches internationally and most recently, in Beaver Dam, WI.

It is their passion and desire to truly demonstrate the supernatural Gospel of Jesus Christ. Rodger leads the vibrant body of believers as senior pastor of Victory Center Church as well as ministering nationally and internationally.

They have been called to train, impart, and activate the body of Christ to walk in His love and the supernatural reality of the Kingdom of God through every sector of society. They are rooted in the scriptural truth that all believers have been commissioned to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and bring deliverance. They are equipping believers everywhere to live a supernatural life that demonstrates Christ’s love.

Rodger and Melissa also have a strong business and leadership background. They long to see the men and women of the business world walk in a higher measure of authority and success as they are released and empowered through a personal revelation of the love of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit within each of them.
